Poor Fit/Appearance
I ordered a dress from baby online dress & the company was very helpful, understand,& kind. I messaged, emailed, & overall bugged them every other day because I was worried about my dress (because of bad reviews). The company reassured me that the dress is being made & would be delivered in time of my prom. The dress did arrive in time & I thought my luck was great, until I opened the package. The dress looked nothing like the picture off their website & my custom measurements did not fit! I waisted 260$ on a dress I cannot wear & am recently stuck spending another 300$ trying to find a new dress before my prom in 3 days. This company is very kind but their dresses do not look anything like those on their website. I am out 260$ & a dress. Do not order from this website.
