Was once a great company. No longer.
Fraudulent company with ZERO quality assessment.
They will sell products that are GUARANTEED to fail (as proven by THOUSANDS of reddit posts for a specific device with the SAME hardware fault) and then refuse warranty/service unless you pay half the devices cost.
The company has gone downhill quicker than the UK.
STAY FAR AWAY. The quality is absolutely terrible and I guarantee you'll face problems with in in 1-2 years as they plan.
Disgusting.

Milwaukee has Spyware/DRM embedded…
Milwaukee has Spyware/DRM embedded within their tools batteries.
They added code within their batteries to log arbitrary and useless information that they can then use to void your warranty.
(eg: if your tool ever reached a certain temp, the code will log that in your battery and your warranty will be void)
You can find more information about this subject online under the name Milwaukee M18 protocol. You can also find a detailed youtube video that exposed this battery drm.
I have used Milwaukee for several years and I will immediately be changing over tools.

Stay far away!! please.
Was a great company 6 years ago, now it's just another money hungry, fraudulent, corporate business.
Product quality testing does not exist at Xiaomi anymore. Your product will rapidly degrade and randomly acquire hardware faults upon a software update.
Refused to repair my phone despite the fault being VERY common among Mi11 users, the fault is actually legally provable in court due to the fact there's literally thousands of customers with the same issue and hundreds of the faulty phones on ebay, thereby legally proving Xiaomi is responsible for all repairs with the faults due to their lack of product quality testing, but they would rather double down and tell you it's out of warranty so it can't be repaired.
Scam company that wont repair your phone under the Consumer Rights Act. Paid to have it repaired for a common hardware fault, 11 months later it now has the blurry camera fault and they're asking £130 to fix it...
If you are a Mi11 user with the motherboard/wifi/bt chip or camera fault, I highly suggest you report Xiaomi to UK Trading Standards for their malpractice and failure to follow the Consumer Protection Laws.
STAY AWAY, get a google or vivo phone.

Poor quality laptops
Poor quality laptops, I use my laptop maybe 10 hours a week and despite this it has already started overheating excessively to the point that the plastic frame has started melting. The laptop will also no longer charge as it seems the charging port has melted. Laptop is out of warranty so I'm stuck with £300 worth of plastic, Chuwi customer service was no help and instead insisted I send it back to them in Hong Kong all the while I'm responsible for the postage, repairs, service/maintenance fees. These fees would cost more than the laptop itself.
Will never buy a product from this company ever again. A generic chinese laptop will last longer.
