Shit customer services, shit products lagging app…
I've been using femometer ring for two years nearly. Last year I had someone damaging my ring at work, so work got me a new one. Not even a year later the ring started playing up, and although customer services are quick to answer any queries. They give you a bushit explanation and no solution to how to fix the issue, apart from charging it for 5 minutes. The ring is meant to give you 7 days of battery but it only lasts 2 at a max. And after going forwards and backwards with customer services, they refused to exchange or fix my ring as I didnt have an order number.... Also the app is lagging and always giving you points( you can convert them into coupons and use in the shop)
