Great products, if you ever finally get them.shipping is slower than molasses.
My first order was split. I got the fist half which were jewelry in 9 business days. Not horrible, but not fast delivery. The tracking was never accurate. The items were cute and as they were a gift, they were well liked and was pleased. The rest of my order were phone accessories. Screen guards and a case. After nearly a month, where the tracking never showed more than unavailable or invalid tracking, I contacted customer service who first kept telling me that I needed to contact my postal carrier to locate my items. Then I was told that the carrier had been too busy, but my items were in the way. Then they said that tracking doesn't update often but never addressed the fact I was telling them that my tracking info still shows as invalid. Then finally they said my items were lost and even at this point, I was willing to accept a re-ship as long as they would send them in a timely fashion with valid tracking info, their response was to refund the items. They didn't try to satisfy my order. I did however receive the refund in 2 days. The second order was placed while I was going thru the whole lost shipment ordeal and they were 2 iPhone wallets. I have finally received these and overall I'm pleased with the items but this took a month to get to me and the tracking was useless. At no point was it accurate and when I inquired on the delay, I was told the same thing. 'Tracking doesn't update soon or often". This is really sad. If the shipping had been as fast as the first order I ever placed with this company (4 days) or at least within a reasonable time frame, I would order one of every color of the wallets/bags as they are awesome. Great quality, color, and practicality especially at this price. As an avid online shopper, I want to know where my money (items are) when I place my order at all times. I've placed my trust in that company by giving you my credit card info and I expect reasonable service for this and this didn't happen here and it was consistent.
