No response regarding returns
I ordered a camera as a birthday gift. As the date approached, I had received no information about shipment or expected delivery, so I contacted K & F to cancel the order. I was informed that the order could not be cancelled because it had already been shipped, but that I could contact them to arrange a return once it was delivered. After receiving the camera, I contacted them twice within the 14-day withdrawal period to exercise my right of return. I have not received any response. At the same time, their website states that returns are not accepted without prior approval. As a consumer in Denmark, this is concerning, as the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal should not require approval. I am still waiting for clear return instructions and a response from customer service. UPDATED REVIEW: after dialogue with customer service, I am re-rating my experience. While they could not help with return of the camera to China, customer service offered 50% return of the price.
