Love company hate the bully attitude!
I have not had one problem with spring leaf I love this company I work 11-7 at one job and 8-6 at another so I definitely don't have the time to call people back I will admit I was late on a payment so today on my day off I called to talk about my loan and figure out what they needed and spoke to two separate people Jennifer and not sure of the first girls name and honestly felt humiliated after my call. I talked to the first girl and she was awful she did not care how she was talking to me so I asked for Jennifer thinking that she would be nicer yeah right, as I was trying to ask certain questions she would interrupt and tell me to go to the bank without letting me finish my question. I kept asking for what routing number she had on file (since not to long ago when I cancelled my automatic payments I went online and started them again apparently I didn't which is fine that's why I am late) when I asked what the last four were because when I was confirming mine to hers she said that it was different from what I gave. I know wells faro has one set routing number for all my accounts and when I asked for her to repeat the number because I was confused why they would have a different one she had erased the number already and was extremely rude about it. It is unnecessary to show you don't care or to be rude you are the face of a great company don't make people feel as though they are stupid or dumb. I get they deal with a lot of people who don't ever pay what they borrow back but at least I'm making the step to try by calling and giving you what you need to make my payment and to get off a phone call feeling like a fool is a horrible feeling. I will not deal with this branch ever again. I will be making a special trip to talk to the branch in the valley just because the service is so much better. Those two girls clearly need a happy pill. And just a side note I have emailed this branch back after they emailed me and let them know about my work schedule and if they needed something to just email me. I am on email all day it is way more convenient and they never emailed me back and continued to call and harass all my contacts and myself for one missed payment. It's crazy how you try to work with this branch and they refuse to make it easy.
