Really gone off
Used to really like both Kaleidoscope and Look Again but over the last few months they have become a lot less efficient. The items are not as high a standard anymore. More and more they are eroding what was good about them. It seems since Freemans have been visibly involved the standard has dropped. The latest is the annual delivery has been withdrawn, until I pointed out that I had paid, in good faith for a year and still had until next spring to run. A good enough reason to deal with other companies in the future after years of dealing with Look Again and their sister companies.
