Selling on Raise is worse than having all your teeth pulled without anesthesia
Impossible to set up an account to sell. Background - I am an old buyer on Raise. They used to have the best prices, competition did better, so I moved on. Recently, I tried to set up a seller account and it has been a ridiculously complex process. Over several weeks and after a dozen+ emails and chats, still a no-go. Problems involve failure to receive confirmation/verification/id text messages. Then failure in accessing the required verification webpage (wheel keeps spinning). And inability to log on - I get a new device message and verification text message requirement that I do not receive. The fix - change your phone number. Do that and I do not get the verification text message on the second phone. The fix - change your phone number. Great... except that I do not have 83 phone numbers to fall back on. There is no reason for this to be so difficult.
