AlunoTec knows exactly what Customer Service means!!
AlunoTec knows exactly what customer satisfaction and product quality really means. I have purchased twice from them. I have been working with AlunoTec's Doreen Shaw on both occasions and whatever I required was addressed immediately. My first purchase was one of their PergoLux pergolas 3m x 4m. I asked for a specific custom colour finish which they achieved spot on!! The manufacturing quality and materials used are second to none. High quality aluminium frame, drive mechanisms and paint. Although it was a large structure, the assembly was straight forward. And if I had any challenges they were promptly addressed. I have been extremely satisfied with the pergola since it went up enjoying its comfort and sure of it's structural strength having gone through a few gale force winds here in Ireland. I also purchased some garden furniture to compliment. Again exceptional quality and prompt service. If you want quality, delivery, after sales support and customer service I cannot hesitate in recommending AlunoTec as your supplier.
