Did not honour returns policy. Have ignored me.
I used the French site (.fr) LaRedoute are a re-seller and one of my items was from RITCHIE. I contacted RITCHIE multiple times as I wanted to return my item. MONTHS LATER NOW - they haven't replied or honoured the return policy. I contacted LaRedoute and they have similarly ignored me. I will never use them again.
