Smooth transaction, excellent service and prompt shipping.
As a first time customer, I was relieved to locate a hard-to-find product at ArcataPet.com. As a cautious online consumer, I am always a bit hesitant and prefer companies that have Paypal as a payment option, (which Arcata.com did have). My order was promptly processed and shipped. The Avi-Tech bird supplement was fresh, having a 2018 expiration date. The price and shipping cost was quite reasonable. I would recommend this company and would not hesitate to make another purchase from Arcata.com.
