A long wait but worth it!
Ordered Schweizer helicopter 10th April. Didn't realise it was out of stock and would take so long as it turns out there was a problem supplying chips. However, Mona kept me informed with always prompt polite replies. When it came into stock it took only 8 days to get to England despite standard delivery, arriving today. The product looks fantastic. Really great quality and I'm looking forward to flying it. So despite the supply issue, I thought customer service was good, especially expediting delivery and the product well worth waiting for.
