No reply or status updates
I am very upset with this website/company to be totally honest. From what I've heard, the cosplay are quality made but I wouldn't know because I haven't heard about when mine is even going to be shipped. I paid the extra $30+ to have it expedited because I need it by THIS weekend. On their website, it says, "2 weeks expected" and I ordered it over a week ago. But from what I've read, I won't see it for another few months. I want to just cancel my order since I haven't heard from any of the 3-5 messages/emails I've sent out and I've already been charged. Absolute crap. I don't pay $150+ for something I'm not even going to get in time to use it for the convention I'm going to.
