2 yrs ago I gave the customized trio a shot and loved it. However, the formulation has recently changed and it was awful for me. My face immediately started breaking out and my eyes were irritated and stinging. The customer service is super slow motion because you can't call anyone so it's a days-long process via email. They stated that they could not provide me with products with the original formula so I cancelled. Makes me sad because I really loved the original products.
