Don't waste your money
They don't reply to a return /refund request. You can send all the proof of purchase you've got, follow instructions to the letter, but still nothing. You may as well email outer space. I wish I could post photos here.

I bought 2 trail cameras which wouldn't work with the app. They refused to give me the return address and insisted on technical support helping me. I just wanted to send it back as I didn't find it or the app user friendly, and I'm fairly tech savy. They basically held me to ransom as they continuously broke their own policy 'no reason 30 day return' and refused to allow me to return the cameras.
