Ok support, been able to resolve all major issues
As an installer, by and large I'm happy with Growatt. The customer support have been working well and all major problems have been resolved. The timeframe for support feedback have most of the time been within within hours to a few days. There are still a few minor quality things that bother me a bit, but I been able to work around that..
