First Class Act
Phenomenal- have moved over 30 times and never experienced anything like this. From start to finish - e/t perfect. Customer service rep, Jordan, checking in prior to move, sent COI for approval the same day I signed up. The movers themselves, Ermain and team called ahead of time, where here on time, completed the move in the time they said - all pleasant throughout move, not one complaint even after climbing 3 flights of stairs over and over in NYC summer heat. The truck, clean and pristine - they wrap all the items in blankets and padding and rope e/t in tightly in truck - not one item dented or broken. So incredible. I couldn’t believe all the glowing reviews online, but it’s true, they were e/t they say and more. Go with these guys, they know what they are doing and they excel at it - you will thank me later. Interstate move from DC to NYC - reasonable price, top-notch service!
