Costume was fine, Customer Service is deplorable.
The costume is well made, good materials. But the customer service, oh good lord let me tell you. When I first placed my order with them, their website timed out on me, but still placed the order. The confirmation email then went into my spam folder, making me think that I had to place the order again. So I did. Upon realizing this mistake (and my card being charged INSTANTLY for double the price) I emailed them to try and get this rectified and cancel the first order. Four days later I get an email from them, very sparsely worded that they would cancel it. No word on a refund. A few more days pass, still no refunded money. So I sent another email on May 31st REQUESTING my money back, this time getting a rather prompt reply a day later. It has been six days since then and I still have not received my money back. Be careful when using this company and pray you don't have to go through what I did. Because from the look of things they fully intended on keeping my money.
