Had mykit ( 250W, 7.8 ah battery) for near 18 months. Apart from having another controller sent as the original was making the motor make strange noises....its been trouble free.

I had an odd noise coming from my motor. I contacted 100G ....with a short video of my problem it was agreed a new part was needed under warranty. The problem was sorted very promptly

I ordered a rear wheel kit, everything went smoothly. It took 25-30 days to arrive ,which is brilliant! Arrived in the morning, my bike was an e bike in the afternoon. Customer service is second to none, Any questions are answered promptly but they are 7hours in front so sometimes you will get an answer next day
