Bad Experience
I had high hopes for this website since it was the first one on the list when I try to google coloured contact lenses. Spent HOURS on the website to find the perfect contacts as I keep finding that one of the powers that I needed are always out of stock. When I finally found one I liked I was delighted to find that both lenses are in stock. I quickly bought it and even paid express shipping even though I'm left with a tight budget since I wanted to use it this weekend. Ticked "Cancel whole order and refund" just in case it's out of stock and paid for everything straight away. Got an email later saying that the contacts are out of stock and that refund will be processed in 4-7 business days. I'm VERY ANNOYED with the tight budget and time that I had - I couldn't get a different pair due to above reason and it made me not trust the "in stocks" that they have. How can they not have a set of number for each lenses?! Also 4 business days later - I got refunded $3.98 NZD less than what was charged the first time. SO I WENT THROUGH ALL OF THAT ONLY TO GET NOTHING OFF THIS WEBSITE AND PAYING $3.98 FOR A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! Just get your contacts somewhere else!
