Horrible
EDIT: We were able to get the scooters to " factory reset " .... (finally). How would a new owners of the scooters set them up? We are looking for an official manual so the new people who will have the scooters can set it up for themselves. I bought 2 scooters 3 years ago. We haven't used them in a while and cannot use them again because there is no way to use the app on our phones. We have tried everything and customer service is USELESS. The chat feature is a joke that no human ever comes even if you are "next" in line or will be another "2 minutes". They are now GARBAGE.
