They won't take responsibility for a lost item
It took 6 weeks for my item to make its way from the US to the delivery company, Evri. I was out when the parcel arrived and I think it was misdelivered as I couldn't find it anywhere. Evri did not give notice of the date and approx time of delivery. I went to both Roseowder and Evri to ask about compensation - but each one says the other is responsible. I will never use this company again as once they have your money they don't care.
