Horrible horrible horrific service
Horrible horrible horrific service! Beware . Items ordered online go missing. Their delivery guys pilfer and steal. Not everybody has the time to check whether items were truly delivered but based on personal experience - and this was thanks to a red flag raised by a friend who discovered missing items in her delivery- I too checked and found items were charged to me but not delivered. Furthermore- their delivery slots are very limited. I had to wait more than an hour on their chat portal to report the missing items and nobody came to serve me. Wasted 90 mins of my weekend and finally called them. Rather than make up for their service lapses- They asked me to wait one more day for the missing items to be redlivered. That’s their idea of service recovery. NTUC is ridiculously out of touch with the competition it seems. They lure customers to their online grocery delivery portal with the promise of cheaper prices but any gains there might well get wiped out by the pilferage that goes on behind the scenes by their delivery partners. Add to that the utter lack of manpower for customer service and it makes for a lousy customer experience. Some of us still want to shop on their portal due to residual loyalty from the old days of shopping at their supermarkets. But in this day and age, where numerous more efficient apps and service oroviders abound, NTUC is a dinosaur. Stay away. These guys seriously need a shot in the arm
