The products are great, getting them is a challenge
The products are great. I buy the Scent Free hand and body soap because it is the only hand and body soap I have found so far that doesn't give me an allergic reaction. I really depend on it for hand washing and showers, but it is often out of stock and the price has doubled since I first started buying it. It's pretty common for packages to arrive leaking or missing pieces or for an order to just be cancelled and refunded without notifying me because they ran out of stock immediately after my order went through. After waiting and refreshing the site for weeks I finally gave up today on ordering another 1 gallon refill and settled for the small dispensers despite the higher cost because I am almost out and I can't just stop showering. If, I could used any other product from another company I would, I only continue to buy this product because I have nothing else that works.
