Their prices/sales on their own web…
Their prices/sales on their own web store are a bit better than Amazon usually which is fantastic. They sadly don't always have all their products you can find on Amazon, but overall the selection is still very good. Shipping was shipped out quickly, and everything was well packed. Customer support is helpful, and I've typically heard back within 24-48 hours. I did get 1 item that despite being new had scratches in it, but it's not too big of a deal. Edit: Ulanzi support took care of me before even replying to my review when I had reached out about the issue, and they replaced the damaged item! Really like the site, and would recommend them.
