I had never used your website before…
I had never used your website before and found it to be very easy to navigate. As I was perusing, the chat box popped up and asked if I needed help. I proceeded to chat with a very personable man named Duke Christopher, who helped me quickly through the process of booking the exact flights that I wanted. The whole process was seamless and took no more than 20 minutes of my time. I am very happy with the entire process. I commend your helpful staff.
