Earplugs arrived quickly and are the best I’ve ever used. I’ve been using this type of earplugs for years and years and I find they tone down the outside to the point that I can tune it out completely. I started using them due to sleeping with a man whose snoring was getting louder and louder as he aged a bit and got heavier. I find I have my own little space and they have definitely become part of my sleep routine.
