Free shipping is not free at all.
I ordered headphones and after a week received email from tomtop I need to buy some extra credits which cost 1 euro to pay extra for shipping bla bla bla... Firstly I thought that was a joke, but they assured me if Im not going to pay extra for shiiping they will cancel my order. I disagreed and now they a week has passed and Im still waiitng for refund. Be careful with this company.
