The online chat option is very helpful. My questions were answered right away and changes were made on the spot. Chloe made it very easy to have my issues addressed. She was super friendly! Only issue I have is that the site allows you to order items in certain sizes, but only when the order is being processed to they tell you (if you sign in) that an item is out of stock.
