quick, easy, great overall.
We used hoteling.com to book our hotel stay. The only problem that we had was when we called the hotel to confirm our reservation. They informed us that our particular travel agent must have 'some glitch in their system as alot of their customers (including ourselves) had there reservations cancelled by accident'... this was quickly rectified by the hotel who also upgraded our room.
