The best journey of my life
I joined PLT at my heaviest and lowest point of my life. I wanted to be healthy, lose a lot of weight and support my heavy crossfit training. Before PLT I failed everything. It's been 1,5 years and I have lost 30lbs and 30 inches. I am living my best life at 42 years old, I have learned to fuel my body, I'm strong and healthy. My coach Jessica has been the best part, she is the most supportive and knowledgeable human being. The support and kindness I received have been amazing. The company really cares about you as individual. This is just the beginning, I am going to have PLT for life ❤️
