Confusing customer service and poor quality goods
I placed an order for two items, decided that I liked the clothes so much I ordered another 3 a few days later. I then received after 2 or 3 days an out of stock notification. I decided to remove this item and not swap it for another. I then received a full order cancellation, then a dispatch and then another out of stock all within one day. Very confusing!! Goods arrived quicker than expected, but poor quality - very thin! Weird sizing, nothing fitted and it all kept in separate pieces with no instruction on wrapped items. Too expensive to return so now I'm stuck with clothes I don't want!
