I bought a Evercross ek30 from Germany…
I bought a Evercross ek30 from Germany Evercross Global for my wife in june last year the ebike arrived and I put it together, no problems tested it and no problems. My wife arrived from the UK and she loved her present but after 13km of driving the bike failed and the bike motor fails to start other than on the 6kmh start boost . I contacted them and after numerous checks they asked me to do they decided it was the peddle crank sensor. They said they would send and eventually it arrived. Fitted it and didn't make any difference . Now they said it's the controller and they would send it to me to fit.. however months had now passed and it was time for us to return to the UK . I asked them to send it there but they declined and said nit to worry as they would send when I returned in in May 2026.. well now they won't reply to any of my messages and they have left me with a bike I cannot fix .. they never offered to take the bike back the cost was $908 what and awfully company this is. My advice don't buy from this company because they are very bad after sale service .... I'm now left with a EBike that's fine 13km and all they had to do was send me a controller that cost them probably less than 30 euro.. I cannot find the same controller on ali express so guess I'll have to scrap the bike ... One thing is for sure I'll never buy another ebike from china via the EU
