Great results, if you can get through the minefield of their service
I'd been microdosing Ketamine from Joyous for more than a year and truly enjoyed the results. HOWEVER, their service and support have always been spotty and starting in February 2026 it became wretched. I took January off (dry January), and since then I have had 5! appointments in the last month; the provider didn't even show up at two of them. I have sent texts and emails, posted on their social media, and all I get are canned responses. It should not take 26 days to get your prescription sent. UPDATE 3/2/2026: Joyous responded to this review asking for my contact info and said they'd get in touch. I got a similar response from them when I posted on another website; I responded to that request 5 days ago but have yet to hear anything back. I have now responded to this request on TrustPilot, but I suspect the resonse was just their canned way of getting TrustPilot to mark them as resopnding to complaints without actually doing anything for the client.
