Positive experience overall - Canadian purchase
I ordered a set of ear buds and received them within a week to our canadian address. They were brand new in a sealed box, and worked as expected. When I ordered from Giztop I did feel a bit hesitent as a number of the reviews look fake. However, my experience was good, but not perfect. The only problem was that I did not receive a shipping notification email as they said I would get, so I needed to contact their customer service. Within 24 hours I had a response with a tracking number, so this was positive. I don't think I'd have a problem using their service again as they did come through with the product and were quick to ship it out even though I didn't get a notification.
