NEVER NEVER USE IT!
I booked my trip with Hotelling.com and they CANCELED my reservation WITHOUT letting me know about it. In addition they KEEP my payment. I had email from hotel directly regarding it and only after I asked them for additional service. I can imagine myself if I find it at the time of check in. :(
