This is a scam, avoid!
This is a scam, don't be fooled... They charge you 99p to access your IQ score. But when you read the small print, it becomes clear that your 99p gives you access to their site for just 3 days, after which they charge you £34.99/month (and they already have your payment details). Nowhere on the website when you pay your 99p does it tell you that you are signing up for a recurring payment.
