Xbox game pass ultimate was al gebruikt toen ik ze toekreeg, ticket bij support geopend: geen antwoord gekregen. Update: now their support is stalling with asking more irrelevant info like from which xbox this has been purchased. 1: it was purchased through their website. 2 I use gamepass ultimate for cloud gaming on my mobile. Update2: After about 15 mails with the same questions, where I provided the asked screenshots in mail no2, they are still repeating the same questions without any other help. Update3 After a long period of mailing and not expecting anything of it, I received a new and working key. 3 stars because of the follow up but I wouldn't recommend buying here.
