DHGATE only support his Chinese seller NOT the Buyer at all times. Customer Service is the WORST as such there no customer service that either person are like Robot have NO power to take decision the max they tell you Cancel the Order really that the reason we put our time and energy to order and paid and wait to buy the item -- when seller did not offer to send the items as per order which they advertised and we the buyer select and paid and when the time come to sand the items after long wait they refused and want according to their choices not the buyer selected-- so we as buyer are Stupid to waste our time to select the items and color we like to get according to our customer need. When we complain DHGATE has 1 answer you will Cancel we will refund your Money which we get after 10-15 day ( when we bought the items we paid same time ) here also you buyers get punish 1- loss money if your paid by CR-Card it charge you foreign paid charges - you paid by bank or western union the buyer paid non refundable service charges 2- the buyer lost customer- lost Business== here who is the looser - the Buyers-- Dhgate claim they take care of their Buyer -NO DHGATE you ONLY and ONLY TAKE CARE of Your SELLRERS period. I am Not saying all at bad seller I bought several time I get right stuff as right times as promise. My concern and suggestion with DHGATE is please take care as your Buyers too once your start to slap fine the seller how refuse to send you the items which they promised at the time of purchase or some never ever send any items you purchase and keep on waiting but they did not bother to communicate with you let you know that they will send you or Not. Dhgate please try to understand is too much frustrations even depression with monitory loss for your buyer like us. if you start monetary punishment for such BAD SELLERS they will think 10 times before their negative decision which heard your Buyer both monthly and Monetary . Please start taking care of your Buyers Too Market Definition is BUYERS + SELLERS make Market Place. Not Just the SELLERS. Pease IMPROVE your CUSTOMER SERVICE there should be some Manager or Supervisor who has decision Power who can listen the buyer complain or buyer point of view with real concern, Hope DHGATE will take care of their BUYERS Too.
