I ordered an item from this site and was extremely disappointed with the quality when it arrived. What I didn’t realize until later is that all returns must be shipped back to China at the buyer’s expense. USPS quoted me $80 just to send it back. When I contacted customer service, they offered a 20% discount if I kept the item—which would bring the price down to about $80. At that point, it made more sense to keep it rather than spend the same amount just to return it. This return policy is listed on their site, but it’s easy to overlook. So here’s my warning: If you see “buyer pays return shipping” and the return address is in China—run! Think twice before ordering, because the quality may not match the pictures and returning it will cost you. I hope this helps someone avoid the frustration I went through.
