The best tour company we have experienced
Initially we were worried about booking online with a Chinese company but the write-ups were great and we found everything fantastic. The price was very good and we stayed at 4-star hotels and had personal guides just for us. We didn't want to travel by train and so opted to fly in Vietnam, Lao and Cambodia. All airlines were so good and many western airlines could take a leaf out of their books in respect of comfort, food and great service. My wife and I are from New Zealand and we have travelled to many parts of the world and Odyssey was the best company we have ever encountered. Liz Ling, our Travel Consultant, was very professional, fast at responding to emails and excellent - she is a credit to her company. She listened to all our requirements and kept adjusting the itinerary to meet our every requirement. Everything about the trip was flawless. The hotels were superb, the guides knowledgeable and nice and the food was very good indeed. Overall, Odyssey made this trip memorable and I can say without hesitation that it was excellent value for money.
