Nice product but customer service isn't great.
I received an email saying a complimentary gift would be included in my next subscription order. It was not! When I contacted csutomer support (took longer than promised two days) they said I was only sent what I ordered. When I replied to look at the email chain, they didn't even bother with a reply. Such poor customer service makes me doubt the integrity of the product and I am now considering cancelling my subsciption. UPDATE: Initially I rated Calecim as a one star due to their lack of keeping their word and poor follow through. After my Trustpilot review I did get an email from customer service, and today, 31/12/25 finally received the free gift they had promised to include in my December shipment. So I am changing my rating to 4 stars as I like the product. I have removed one star as they really need to improve their shipping and customer service. No matter how good a product, if the rest of the experience is poor, people will go elsewhere. I will review my purchase experience over the coming months and may adjust my score and report accordingly.
