AVOID DON’T FALL FOR THE SHINY ADS
I wish I could give 0 ratings. I should have paid attention to all the negative red flags and avoided. Don’t buy into the shiny ads you see everywhere on social media. the product is the worst thing you would spend money on. The battery doesn’t hold for more than10 minutes even after charging for at least 4-5 hours. I paid extra for insurance yet they will not even consider sorting the issue out. The vacuum doesn’t pick anything at all and spits everything right back out. It takes longer to do a little space and eventually I give up and use a brush for my sanity. Everything they mentioned the vacuum will doesn’t work . Customer services is nonexistent. They will try and push you to keep the faulty products just because they can’t be bothered with you and wanted me to accept £40 to keep it. They blocked my mail address; I changed for another and they ignored my request. Their excuse was that my email might have gone into spam. You’ve replied that I should reach out for more investigation- what investigation? Your team that has ignored every email I’ve sent and will not care if I reached out again. As I mentioned in the email. I will make sure I get my refund come what may. I’ve already written to consumer rights UK to look into your company. I will not be pushed around for 4 months over some faulty goods I cannot return.
