Excellent customer support, even when the courier messes up
My package somehow got returned midway through transport before reaching my country and after contacting support and explaining my situation they resent the package with another carrier free of charge which arrived really quickly. Customer support response was extremely quick, professional, and kind. The support agent even followed up after a few days to send me a new tracking number and wished me luck. Will buy from here again.
