Dealing with UME was very positive…
Dealing with UME was very positive because of our advisor Lan Liu who did a fantastic job with the itinerary on our trip to Japan. Lan was prompt and detailed in all aspects of our trip, from the initial contact to our last day plans.
In addition, our guides Teney and Yuya were knowledgeable and friendly and made our visit in the different cities memorable.
Our drivers, Mr Chen & Mr Bean, were courteous, friendly and very helpful.
I definitely recommend dealing with Lan Liu at UME Travel.

Memorable trip to Japan
In late March my wife and I took a 13 day trip to Japan all arranged by UME Travel. Our contact at UME was Lan Liu who did a phenomenal job in providing an itinerary that worked for us and that included stays in Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto & Osaka.
Lan was very detailed in her correspondence and made the trip super easy to follow. She was also promptly is answering any questions and was open to suggestions or requests.
In addition to Lan’s excellent work from the beginning of our trip’s planning to our arrival home, the two personal guides that we had were super. Teney who was with us during our stay in Tokyo and Hakone was supper friendly, very attentive and very helpful in making our day trips most enjoyable.
Yuya who took over for our time in Kyoto and Osaka was top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable and punctual.
Both Teney and Yuya had very good command of English.
Mr. Chen and Mr Bean, the drivers that took us around to shrines, temples and other sites were punctual, friendly and very helpful.
Overall, a fantastic team that made our trip to Japan memorable.
Would definitely recommend Lan Liu at UME Travel.
