Update: 9.12.16 STILL waiting on refund past 30 days now....
9.12.16 This company has non stop requested that I take this review down off of this site. It seems they have the time to constantly request reviews be taken down. However, they don't put much effort to customer service at all. It has been over 30 days waiting for refund and still waiting. 8/11/16 Update: This company has decided to "accept" the return and refund upon investigation of the item returned. I am awaiting their decision. In order to expedite the refund, I was contacted several times to update this review to reflect their change of heart in refunding the item. Original Review:8/7/16 While determining if I should buy a dress for my daughter's bridal shower, I asked the online help if they could guarantee delivery by a particular day. I had already read the processing and shipping time frames and didn't think it possible. But he "guaranteed" it. So I screen shot the "guarantee" and submitted my order. The day came and went and no dress. When contacting them to get a refund, they side stepped the whole thing referencing their written terms, completely discarding the deceitfulness by their online sales agent or "co-worker" as they put it. I have yet to receive the dress, so I can't even state the quality of it yet. Just the fact that they are a irresponsibly unprofessional company, even if the dress is awesome, I would never ever do business with them again. They obviously have no clue what weight a person's "word" should carry let alone a guarantee.
