Poorly packaged, damaged in shipping.
Never received item. Update: I finally got it. The Box was ripped on multiple corners, the furniture pieces were all loose in the box, and damaged. I was able to pull out full pieces from the box without opening it further. All the pieces I pulled out were damaged. I contacted them the same day to look into getting a refund. They asked for pictures and videos of the box. I have not heard anything since I provided them with that information. Order 1246816
