I should have read the reviews before placing an order. My experience echoes that already reported. The delivery took two months. The item a cot side ("conversion rails on the packaging") is flimsy, not fit for purpose and dangerous if used. The price is outrageous for such poor, shoddy material. I asked to return it within 48 hours but they keep offering either discounts on my next purchase (which will never happen) or alternative products of no interest to me. I just want returns advice and the refund I am entitled to under Trading Standards.
