I've been a UK2 customer for nearly 10 years and I've never had any major issues. I'm not some sort of web expert by any means and I've always found it reasonably easy to get stuff done - where I havent I obviously contact support who are extremely responsive. In particular I'd like to give kudos to Shaheen who recently made my life significantly easier by helping me update DNS records on one of my domains.
