Only partially successful. No money back.
I purchased EaseUS Key Finder to retrieve the keys from my wife's pc. It pulled several keys but was not able to retrieve the key for office 2013. When I requested my money back, they denied me due to me running on a pc that had already been worked on. Nice product but not always successful and they do not honor their "money back guarantee".
